Racing Recap for Week End on August 11, 2013
Our team had quite a showing at the Going Green Track Meet on August 10, 2013. The ladies were a force to be reckoned taking the top 3 spots on the podium for

Lisa Reichmann was celebrated her wedding anniversary Friday evening by running a 5-k with her hubby in Hagerstown. Lisa took 3rd overall for females in 19:34.



Races Recap for Week End on August 18, 2013
 It was a light weekend of racing, but we have some great results from the Comus Cross Country 5-k.  Alex Booth out sprint Jordan Synder at the line to took 3r

The following morning in Leesburg VA, Taylor and Yukun took on out and back course of the Leesburg 20K.  The course was climbing steadily to around mile 7.5, then turn around, and force runners rush down the hill to the finished without breaking.  Taylor Williamson finished with a time of 1:20:11 and took 25th overall; Yukun Fung finished seventy-three seconds later with a time of 1:21:24 and took 31st overall.

It was a jammed packed weekend on the running front. Please read on for results from 4 races in 3 different states!

Many of our team members raced the first annual and hilly Eastern County 8K which took place on Saturday, August 24, 2013.

Julie Sapper had a great run in Annapolis and nabbed the 1st place Masters female spot in a time of 1:09:57.

In Denver, PA Anna Savage raced the Mount Cuckoo Trail 30-k. She earned a spot on the podium as the 2nd female. Equally impressive is the fact that her team wo

Last, but far from least Lisa Reichmann completed an Ironman in Louisville, KY in 12 hours 12 minutes. This involved a 2.4 mile swim (1:25), a 112 mile ride (6:05) and a marathon (4:24). She was grinding it out for an entire work day and a half! This is quite an accomplishment!

Race Result for Week Ended on August 4, 2013

Many of our team members were up for a challenge over the weekend and ran Riley's Rumble. This daunting course make the Parks Half feel like a down hill jaunt. It is relentless and the hills keep on coming. The results are below for you to read:

A couple of things you must note about, Miles Aiken was bench for nearly two months due to a foot injury, he is clearly healthy now for a big racing ahead of him this autumn.  While our Anna Savage stopped twice in posion ivy forest due to bad intestinal problems, but still finished strong with a win in overall female.

Race Results for Week Ended on July 28, 2013

On Wednesday of July 24, Mark Neff ventured down to Washington Lee High School in Arlington VA and race in the RRCA Bring Back the Mile.  He finished with a time of 5:08.86 and second master.  Then few days later, David Storper took 4th overall, and 1st AG at the BlueCrab Bolt 10K Trail Race over the weekend.

Race Result for July 21st, 2013


It such was a bumper that Twilighter was cancelled due to lighting storm over Montgomery County on Saturday, but the frustration may actually help Miguel Perez to tackle a 50-K trail run on Sunday morning in his brand new uniform.  Miguel Perez ran through the 50K course with 95% Single track dirt trail, with some roots, and no difficult climbs in about 4:55 and placing in top 10th. Nice work Miguel!

Race Result: Midsummer Night Miler was Run in Spring-Like Temperature

It was a raucous evening on Friday at the Midsummer Night's Mile! There was a significant showing of our team members at the event and amazing times were posted.

All way from the Wolverine State, Kellie Redmon ran 19:59 in Bastille Day 5K and capture the crown for the Master Female.
