Hi all! This weekend was rather light
on the racing front. The folks that were out there ran hard and posted
respectable results. Please see below for the short and sweet summary:
Men
The Men ventured over the state line
into Virginia on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday Jordan Snyder took 3rd place
overall on hilly terrain at the " Losing to Live 5-k " in Annandale,
VA. Miles Aitken followed on Sunday with a speedy time of 17:07 at the Run with
Dad 5-k in Reston, VA.
Women
Courtney Perna was the first finisher
at the Run for the Roses 5-k on Saturday. Cindy Conant hit her stride at the
Purple Stride 5-k dipping under 19 minutes!
Great job to everyone who hit the
